We’ve got the coffee and the cake

Its all the C’s now – chocolate, coffee, cakes, classes – all in Cork!

I opened the coffee shop today and I guess the fact that we sold out of chocolate cake is a pretty good start. Its been a while coming, but I got there and what a day it’s been. The motto for the day really is ” Life is short…take the trip….buy the shoes…eat the cake. I’ll go with that!
